News Corp Australia has appointed Kylie McBride commercial director of digital marketing solutions and Jaclyn Clements national sales director of News Community Media.
Both roles will report to the group director of sales, Fiorella di Santo, who described Ms McBride and Ms Clements as “consummate leaders who understand the intricacies of successful sales strategies”.
Ms McBride will be responsible for identifying new opportunities that offer complete multi-platform marketing solutions to customers.
She has been promoted from national sales director of News Community Media, a role she held for seven years.
“News’ multiplatform audience continues to grow, giving advertisers greater opportunities to connect with their market,” Ms McBride said, adding that she was excited to take on the new role.
Ms Clements replaces Ms McBride as national sales director, after spearheading the development of new commercial and content partnerships as deputy general manager of sales at The Australian.
“The access to truly local brands on a national scale is what makes the News Community Media proposition very compelling,” Ms Clements said.
“I’m delighted to be working with the team to bring this unique proposition to advertisers in creative and innovative ways.”
Both appointments are effective immediately.
