Fairfax Media has announced Anthony Dumont will head the financial and banking advertising vertical within the Australian Metro Publishing business.
Mr Durmont will join the Business & Government division of the AMP business, which includes The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, The Australian Financial Review, Brisbane Times and WAtoday among others.
Prior to taking the role, Mr Dumont spent a decade in various marketing roles across Australia and New Zealand for Mastercard. He also spent several years in various agency roles.
Fairfax rearranged its commercial teams at the end of 2017, becoming more vertical focused under the pillars of Business & Government and Luxury & Lifestyle.
