Colliers International placed these two full page ads in The Age, supporting two of their Melbourne high rise projects.

The full page, premium placements and stunning (simulated) imagery seek to position Colliers International as a supplier of high quality residences.

They aim to increase awareness and differentiation of Colliers in this category, and generate affinity amongst both apartment seekers and Melbourne’s influencers.

The call to action is subtle and drives prospects to a website for further information, rather than push a hard sell.  This is the ‘new school’ of real estate marketing, whereby stylish residences become aspirational addresses, rather than take a ‘sell, sell sell!’ approach.
